Samsung Galaxy M02 appeared on Geekbench with Snapdragon 450

This morning, a new Samsung phone with model number SM-M025F appeared on Geekbench. As we previously reported, the model number has already been spotted on the Bluetooth SIG website. The phone will also be known as Galaxy M02.

According to Geekbench, the device seems to be an entry-level Samsung phone powered by a Qualcomm chipset. The chipset runs at 1.8 GHz and features an Adreno 506 GPU.

According to reports, the chipset appears to be the Snapdragon 450, as all specifications match the Geekbench results.

This phone comes with 3GB of RAM. It scored 128 points on single-core and 486 points on multi-core. The phone’s performance is mediocre, and it may run Android Go.

Another expected Samsung phone, the Galaxy A02s, is likely to be the same phone rebranded, which may also be known as the Galaxy A02. The phone will also support Bluetooth 4.2.

Samsung is expected to launch this entry-level phone soon. According to leaks and rumors, the phone appears to be in the development stage.
