A few days back, we reported that the standard edition of the Honor Magic5 series had been listed on 3C Certification. The series launch is also expected to happen at this month’s end. And it seems that the Honor is also doing the final testing of other models (from the Magic5 lineup) as well.
This morning, two new Honor devices have surfaced on 3C certification, which comes with the same chargers but have different model numbers. First, we got PGT-AN10, the Pro model of the Honor Magic5 series, as per sources. The second model we have is PGT-AN20, the expected Honor Magic5 Ultra, the most high-end version in the entire series.
As mentioned in the certification, both devices will use the same Honor’s 66W charger (carries model number: HW-110600C00), which supports charging at the following modes: 10W (5V/2A), 40W (10V/4A) and 66W (11V/6A). It is worth mentioning that the standard model is also equipped with the same charger.
As previously reported, the new Magic5 lineup from Honor will have four models: Lite, Standard, Pro, and Ultimate. The lite model specifications were already revealed through the Google Play Console certification site, which showed that it would be powered by Snapdragon 695 5G.
However, the rest models would feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chipset, the latest Android smartphone chipset you can get from Qualcomm. It comes with a new core architecture which includes 1x Cortex-X2 Super Core, 2x Cortex-A715 and 2x Cortex-A710 Performance Cores, and 3x Cortex-A510 Energy-efficient cores.
We also previously reported that the new Magic5 lineup will have no significant changes in terms of design. Except for the camera design, the entire structure would remain the same. The camera module still has the same old shape but now features the same color as of body.
The all-new Honor Magic5 series is confirmed to launch at the MWC Barcelona event, coming on February 27.
