Huawei Nova 8 series specifications revealed

Today, Huawei officially confirmed that it will launch the Nova 8 series on December 23. Following the confirmation, Digital Chat Station immediately revealed the specifications of both devices in this series.

An anonymous Chinese user provided these specifications to the blogger. According to the user, the Nova 8 will feature a 90Hz OLED display with Full HD+ resolution. The screen is curved, and the display also supports 1 billion colors.

The back of the phone will feature a quad-camera system with a 64MP main sensor, and the front will have a 32MP single camera (possibly with a punch-hole design). The phone is powered by the Kirin 985 chipset with a maximum frequency of 2.58 GHz. The Nova 7 series also uses this chipset.

The phone’s battery capacity has not yet been revealed, but it will support 66W charging. The phone will also support dual-mode 5G networks.

This phone is only 7.64 mm thick. It is also mentioned that the body is lightweight and is expected to feature 3D curved glass on both the front and back.

The Nova 8 Pro will feature a 120Hz OLED display with a punch-hole and support 1 billion colors. This phone also has a quad-camera setup with a 64MP main sensor.

This phone also features several unique camera features, such as a comfortable Vlog shooting mode and dual-scene video recording that leverages both front and rear cameras. The front may feature dual punch-hole cameras with a 32MP main sensor.
