iQOO Z7 surfaces on Geekbench with Snapdragon 782G SoC and 8GB RAM

Yesterday, we reported that iQOO is working on its upcoming iQOO Z7 series. The iQOO Z7i was listed on the Google Play Console yesterday.

This morning, the iQOO Z7 with model number vivo V2270A appeared on Geekbench, revealing its chipset, memory capacity, and device performance.

According to Geekbench, the device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G chipset, which is currently the best option among mid-range chipsets.

The chipset is built on a 6nm process and comes with the following cores: one Cortex-A78 core clocked at 2.71 GHz, three Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.4 GHz, and four Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.8 GHz.

This smartphone comes with 8GB of RAM and runs the Android 13. In Geekbench 5 tests, it scored 876 in single-core and 2956 in multi-core tests; in Geekbench 6 tests, it scored 1128 in single-core and 3025 in multi-core tests. Based on these test scores, its performance meets the standards of a mid-range smartphone.

It is worth mentioning that the phone has already been announced in India, but with a Dimensity 920 chipset. The listed version may be launched as a global or Chinese version, and it may have different specifications and designs.
