In March 2022, Lenovo introduced the Lenovo K14 series. Both devices in the series were powered by Unisoc chipsets. However, the latest reports suggest the company is working on its successor.
This morning, the upcoming Lenovo K15 was listed on the Google Play Console, revealing its basic specifications and renders.
The render shows that the Lenovo K15 will feature a punch-hole display with a resolution of 1600 x 720 and a pixel density of 280 DPI. The display may also support the 90Hz refresh rate like its predecessor.
The Lenovo K15 is powered by the Unisoc T606 chipset, an entry-level SoC built on a 12nm FinFET process. It consists of the following cores: two Cortex-A75 cores clocked at 1.6 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.6 GHz. The GPU is Mali-G57.
The certification also mentions that the device comes with 4GB of RAM and runs the Android 11.
The specifications of the Lenovo K15 are expected to be very similar to its predecessor. The Lenovo K14 also comes with the same chipset and display resolution. The phone comes with a triple-camera module with a 48MP main sensor. It also comes with a 5,000 mAh battery and supports 10W wired charging.
There is currently no news about the launch date of the Lenovo K15 series. However, the certification suggests that its launch date is approaching.
