Oppo N3 Teardown
In this guide, I will explain how to disassemble the Oppo N3 to remove the back cover, battery, camera, camera hinge, and motherboard.

Insert a pry tool near the USB port under the back cover. Slide the pry tool along the back cover to detach it from the phone.
After removing the back cover, you can access the internal components of the Oppo N3, including the battery, speaker, and camera.

The Oppo N3 battery is secured with double-sided adhesive tape, making it difficult to remove.
The Oppo N3 comes with a 3000mAh Li-Polymer battery.

The screws on the OPPO N3 are covered by rubber pads.
Remove the two screws securing the speaker, then pry it up and remove the speaker module.
Beneath the speaker module, you can access a small circuit board and a vibrator.
Remove the screws securing the motherboard protective cover and remove the cover. There is a fingerprint recognition module on the protective cover of the motherboard.

There is a micro-switch on the bottom of the PCB board.
The camera hinge is connected to the motherboard via a flexible cable.
You can access the camera cable on the other side of the PCB board.
Both the front and back of the motherboard are covered with a lot of metal shields.
After removing the PCB board, you can access the middle frame. The OPPO N3 features a metal middle frame, making the phone more durable and robust.
After removing the metal shield from the motherboard, you can access the chips on the motherboard.
The OPPO N3 features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 (MSM8974AA) processor paired with 2GB of Elpida memory.

The Qualcomm WTR1625L is the latest RF transceiver chip, supporting LTE-FDD, LTE-TDD, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, and GSM/EDGE network modes. It is also compatible with GPS, GLONASS, and BeiDou satellite navigation systems.
The Skyworks 77629-21 is a multimode power amplifier chip that supports quad-channel GSM/EDGE networks, and this chip is mainly responsible for the signal processing of the second SIM card.
Qualcomm Atheros WCN3680 supports 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0, and also supports FM radio.
The SKY7621 is a Schottky diode rectifier for use with the SKY77629-21.
Texas Instruments BQ24196 is a battery charger and front-end solutions chip.
The electric rotating camera of the OPPO N3 can be completely separated from the body.
Remove the cover. You can find four screws. Remove these screws.
Now you can access the camera and dual LED flash.
The OPPO N3 features a 16 MP camera with a pixel size of 1.34 μm and a maximum aperture of F/2.2.
After opening the LED fill light, you can access the earpiece and infrared sensor.
