Today, Xiaomi revealed another major highlight of this tablet. The Xiaomi Pad 5 will feature a full-screen design with extremely narrow bezels. It looks like it will feature equal-width bezels on all four sides.
In addition, the Pad 5 will also support connecting an external keyboard and stylus. This feature will provide a better productivity experience, effectively improving work and study efficiency.
According to previous reports, the Pad 5 will feature an IPS display with a QHD+ resolution (2560 x 1600 pixels). The screen size is approximately 10.95 inches and supports a 120Hz refresh rate, a 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 4096-level touch control.
The Pad 5 also supports in-cell active stylus technology, making it a strong competitor to the Apple iPad. It has also been reported that the tablet series will be available in two variants. Both variants will feature the same display, but with different internal specifications.
The Pad 5 will feature a Snapdragon 768G chipset and support 33W charging. In contrast, the Pad 5 Pro will feature a Snapdragon 870 chipset and support 67W charging.
Previously, Xiaomi executives revealed that the company has developed the MIUI for Pad system for tablet products. This system will support features such as handheld computer mode and provide a familiar computer interface, including the classic Start menu.
