This morning, the Motorola XT2171-3 was listed on the 3C certification site. According to sources, this device belongs to the Moto G51 5G. The certification has revealed its charging specifications.
As mentioned, the Moto G51 5G will come with an MC-108 charger, which supports charging at 10W. Surprisingly, the charging power has been downgraded from 15W to 10W. The battery capacity may be reduced, or the retail unit may feature higher power charging.
The device and its codename (Cyprus 5G) have been listed on several certification sites. The report suggests that the Moto G51 5G will feature a Full HD+ display instead of the HD+ display of the Moto G50 5G.
The camera specifications are also expected to be upgraded. It will use a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro sensor.
The most significant change will be the chipset. The Moto G51 5G will feature the Snapdragon 750G 5G chipset (revealed via Geekbench), while the predecessor uses the Dimensity 700 chipset.
The new Moto G51 5G is expected to launch next month (November 2021).
