After the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset was officially announced, smartphone makers have released devices featuring the chipset.
This morning, Motorola revealed that the company will unveil the Motorola Edge X30 at a product launch event on December 9. The phone will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset.
The official promotional post doesn’t reveal any other major highlights of the device. The chipset will have the Cortex-X2, Cortex-A710 and Cortex-A510 cores. It is based on Samsung’s latest 4nm manufacturing process.
According to previous sources, the Motorola Edge X30 will feature a 6.67-inch OLED display that supports Full HD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The device weighs 201g and seems to be slightly heavier. Its thickness is 8.4 mm, which makes its weight quite reasonable.
The Motorola Edge X30 will feature a triple camera setup (50MP + 50MP + 2MP) in a rectangular camera module. On the front, there is a 60MP lens. The phone uses a 4700mAh battery and supports 68.2W charging.
