A few days ago, reports suggested that Nokia plans to launch a Plus version of the Nokia C20. The device has even appeared on several certification websites with basic specifications. Today, the company has officially confirmed the existence of the upcoming smartphone.
This morning, Nokia China announced that the Nokia C20 Plus will be launched at an online launch event at 10 AM on June 11. The company further emphasized: “Make it simple and easy to use, go further! Unlock new skills for one-click direct access!”
The poster also showcases the rear design of the Plus model. This phone features a dual-camera system in a circular camera module, unlike the Nokia C20, which only has a single camera. On the left side of the camera, there is also an LED flash. The back of the phone features a curved design, and it is made of the same plastic as the C20.
According to previous leaks, the Nokia C20 Plus is confirmed to feature the Unisoc SC9863A SoC. This SoC is manufactured using a 28nm process and contains eight Cortex-A55 cores, with the first four cores clocked at 1.6 GHz and the other four cores clocked at 1.2 GHz.
The C20 Plus will also come with 3GB of RAM, while the C20 offers 1GB and 2 GB memory options. Some sources also report that this phone will feature a higher-capacity battery, possibly around 5000 mAh. Like the Nokia C20, this phone also lacks a fingerprint scanner.
Rumors suggest that Nokia may also launch a Nokia C30 alongside the Nokia C20 Plus. For complete information, we have to wait until June 11.
