It was reported that Huawei was planning to launch its Nova lineup’s successor series named: Huawei Nova 10 lineup. Until yet, only some specifications are known, and it was also expected that the series would be launched before the end of June, but no launch event happened.
However, recently, we looked at a major leak which also denotes that the launch is possibly delayed but would happen very soon. This morning, the famous Chinese blogger @WHYLAB (on Weibo) revealed the live image and poster of the upcoming Nova 10 Pro model through which some aspects of the device could be observed.
It can be seen that the device’s backside adopts a star design from the top while the rest area is plain. There is a triple camera setup in a pill-shaped module in which the primary lens is a 50MP RYYB sensor. At the right of the camera module, the LED Flash is placed. And at the bottom, there is a Nova logo. The sticker on the backside also states that the device carries model number “GLA-AL00.”
Through the leaked poster, it can be observed that the device adopts a Dual Punch-Hole Curved Display having a primary 50MP sensor. It is worth mentioning that the same model was also listed on the 3C Certification site with a 100W charger a week before.
As per rumors, the all-new Nova 10 lineup is most likely powered by the Snapdragon 778G chipset; the same chipset was used in the previous models (Nova 9 series). The chipset belongs to the Premium Mid-Range category and is also the best in terms of performance compared with other Snapdragon 7 series chipsets.
As per the blogger, the launch of the Nova 10 lineup has been postponed from June to July. However, the launch is expected very soon.
