A few days ago, OnePlus officially announced that it will release the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro on August 16. However, as the launch event approaches, OnePlus is starting to preview the phone’s main highlights again.
This morning, OnePlus officially announced that the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro will come with a 6.74-inch BOE Q9 flexible AMOLED display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate, 2772 x 1240 resolution, 450 PPI, 1600 nits peak brightness, and HDR10.
The display features narrow bezels measuring 2.17mm, which seem pretty thin. It supports 1.07 billion display colors for a good display color experience.
This Q9+ OLED display has five main advantages: improved color cast, optimized low light, increased brightness, enhanced effect, and reduced ghosting. All these features make the display experience even better.
According to previous information, the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is confirmed to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. It has one 3.2GHz Cortex-X3 core, two Cortex-A715 cores, two Cortex-A710 cores, and three Cortex-A510 cores.
The phone comes with a 50MP primary lens (Sony IMX890), an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro lens. The phone has a 16MP selfie camera in the display punch hole. It comes with a 5000mAh battery and supports 150W charging.
The device will be available in two color schemes: sea green and grey. The top variant will come with 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The pricing of the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro will be announced at the launch event.
