In February 2023, OnePlus launched the OnePlus Ace 2 with the Snapdragon 8 chipset. However, according to the latest leaks, it appears that the company is working on the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro.
This morning, Digital Chat Station revealed some information about the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro. As stated by the blogger, the phone will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.
The chipset is based on TSMC’s 4nm manufacturing process and has a 1+4+3 core architecture. It has a Cortex-X3 ultra core at 3.36GHz, an X70 5G modem, and an Adreno 740 GPU.
The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro will feature an ultra-narrow display with curved edges and support 1.5K resolution. The blogger also said that this screen seems to have new technology and is being tested by BOE.
According to some sources, many of the specifications of the OnePlus Ace2 Pro, such as the camera and battery capacity, are expected to be the same as the Ace2.
It is worth mentioning that the OnePlus Ace 2 features a 6.7-inch punch-hole AMOLED display and is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. It has a 50MP+8MP+2MP camera module. On the front, it has a 16MP camera lens. The phone comes with a 5000mAh battery and supports 100W fast charging.
Currently, the OnePlus Ace2 Pro is expected to launch between Q3 and Q4 2023.
