A few days ago, we reported that Chinese bloggers are claiming that OPPO will reveal its upcoming foldable flagship devices (OPPO Find N3 and Find N3 Flip) on August 29. Things seemed to go the same way as rumored before because the officials announced the launch date a few moments ago.
This morning, OPPO officially announced that the all-new Find N3 Flip will be launched on August 29 at 2:30 PM (as per Chinese timings) in a launch event along with the all-new OPPO Watch4 Pro model, which is the next generation of OPPO’s Watch series.
The official announcement of Find N3 Flip doesn’t consist of any more information except the launch date. However, we also got official renders of the device through which we can observe every aspect.
It can be seen that the Find N3 Flip features a single punch-hole display, which is a 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED screen that is rumored to support a 120Hz refresh rate. On the backside, we also have a cover display (3.26 inches AMOLED Display) at the right side of the camera module.
The camera module is now round-shaped (unlike the previous model). It features three camera lenses: a Sony IMX890 50MP primary camera lens (which also supports OIS), an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 32MP telephoto lens (with 2x optical zoom support).
In terms of chipset, it would be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chipset that is based on 4nm TSMC’s 2nd generation manufacturing process and is equipped with Cortex-X3 Super Core (clocked @3.2GHz), Adreno 740 GPU (@680MHz) and Snapdragon X70 modem.

In terms of charging, the smartphone is confirmed to feature 67W charging, as mentioned in the 3C Certification. The battery cell size is not known yet. Then we have the next device, OPPO Watch 4 Pro, which resembles the previous model. However, the change (upgrade) in hardware is expected and the color options would be following.
In the coming days, OPPO is expected to reveal the major highlights of its upcoming flagship models.
