Honor Magic Vs2 Appeared on 3C Certification with 35W Charging

In July 2023, Honor introduced its Honor Magic V2, the latest foldable flagship device from Honor, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 overclocked version (@3.36GHz). However, it is reported that the company is now working on the successor model of this lineup and will launch it before the end of this year.

This morning, a new device from Honor, carrying model number “VCA-AN00,” got listed on 3C Certification. As per sources, the device belongs to the upcoming Honor Magic Vs2, rumored to be the company’s first outward-screen folding phone and expected to launch soon.

As mentioned in the certification, the expected Honor Magic Vs2 will use the Honor 35W super fast charger (model number: HN-110320C01 and HN-110320C00). It supports the charging in following modes: basic 10W (5V/2A), 18W (9V/2A) and the highest 35W (11V/3.2A) charging.

As per previous information, this model was also listed on the MIIT certification site. This smartphone was revealed to adopt the code-name ‘Victoria’ and would be Honor’s first-ever outward folding model. The naming isn’t finalized yet, but it is expected to be named “Honor Magic Vs2.”

Compared with other Honor’s folding phones, the charging power is reduced to 35W. The possible reason can be the change in a folding design, which is rumored to be outward instead of inward.

It is worth mentioning that Huawei is the only brand in the market that has released outward folding screen phones (including its Mate Xs and Mate Xs 2).

The expected Honor Magic V2s is rumored to be launched at the end of this year (2023).
