OPPO Find X3 Series Will Feature Dual Main Camera With Flagship Sensors

It is known that OPPO will launch the OPPO Find X3 series on March 11. As the launch is coming near, the main highlights of the upcoming flagship series are getting revealed by the officials. Today, OPPO has announced the first main highlight of the phone.

The all-new Find X3 series will feature 1 billion colors dual main camera for the first time in the industry, as per officials. It is further announced that the dual main camera is equipped with two flagship sensors.

The 1 billion colors dual main camera of the OPPO Find X3 series will support a 1 billion color depth acquisition, which can record more color details.

As known, it is the first step of a full-link 10bit color engine, and the one billion-color dual main camera will lay a solid foundation for the subsequent encoding, storage, decoding, and display links.

OPPO also stated that the 1 billion colors dual main camera of the Find X3 series would no longer distinguish between primary and secondary camera; each camera can make the best use.

It is reported that the OPPO Find X3 series will also be the first to be equipped with a full-link 10bit color engine. The full link 10bit covers the entire image processing process of acquisition, encoding, storage, decoding, and display and can process 10bit data in all links.

As we previously reported, the all-new OPPO Find X3 (vanilla) will feature the Snapdragon 870 chipset, an upgraded version of the Snapdragon 865 series. In contrast, the Pro version is confirmed to be equipped with the latest flagship chipset from Qualcomm, Snapdragon 888. The chipset is based on a 5nm manufacturing process and also uses Cortex-X1 core.

In terms of display, both models (standard and pro) are expected to be equipped with a 6.7-inches OLED display, features Quad-HD+ resolution (3216x1440p). The Pro version will also support 10-bit color depth and an adaptive refresh rate of 10Hz to 120Hz.
