OPPO launched the Reno5 series in January 2021. The series was pretty successful in the global market. It seems that OPPO is now working on the next generation of the Reno series, which will most likely be called the OPPO Reno6 series.
Today, a new device with the model number PEPM00 appeared on the 3C certification website, and Digital Chat Station suggested that it might belong to the OPPO Reno6 series.
According to the 3C certification, the PEPM00 has a charger with the model number VCA7JACH. The charger supports 10W and 65W fast charging.
It also mentioned that the applicant for this certification is OPPO Guangdong Mobile Communications Corp., Ltd.
The blogger also mentioned that the device features the Dimensity 1200 5G chipset, which confirms it is the Reno6 Pro. The Dimensity 1200 uses an advanced 6nm process. It consists of four Cortex-A78 cores and four Cortex-A55 cores. It also features a Mali-G77 MC9 GPU.
Last year, OPPO launched the Reno4 series in mid-year, so we expect the Reno6 series to debut in June as well.
