Oppo Reno8 series design and specifications revealed

It’s been two months since OPPO updated its Reno7 series. However, the latest developments suggest that the company is now working on the next-generation models. We can expect that OPPO will still be able to maintain the premium design and good handling experience in the upcoming Reno series.

This morning, the famous Chinese blogger Digital Chat Station revealed the design and specifications of the OPPO Reno8 series. In the mentioned image, the structure changes can be observed deeply.

As can be seen, the front design is a lot similar to the previous model, but still, minor design changes are expected in the actual model. The blogger also mentioned that the display is a 6.55-inch single punch-hole display with Full-HD+ (2400x1080p) resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

The camera module is the most significant change we observed on the back. The camera module now features a square-shaped design and is attached to the side, just like the Samsung Galaxy S22’s camera.

Inside the camera module, there are three lenses. It is hard to observe whether the third circle has a single or double lens. The LED flash has also changed and is now ring-shaped. It is worth mentioning that the primary lens is a 50MP Sony IMX766 lens.

The Reno8 might use the Dimensity 900 chipset, and the Reno8 Pro is expected to feature the Dimensity 9000 or Snapdragon higher-end chipset.

Currently, the officials haven’t announced the phone’s existence. However, we can expect it soon.
