Xiaomi recently officially confirmed that it will launch the POCO X3 phone. The phone has appeared on Geekbench.
This evening, the company announced that it will launch the Poco X3 via its official global Twitter account. According to the promotional poster, the Poco X3 will be launched at 8 PM on September 7 (GMT+8) at an online event, which will be streamed live on the company’s official social media pages.
The phone also appeared on Geekbench. Its model number is Xiaomi M2007J20CG, consistent with other Poco X3 certification information. The platform mentions the processor code name as Surya.
According to previous leaks, the Suriya is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 732G chipset. The Snapdragon 732G is an octa-core chipset based on 8nm that includes one Kryo 470 Prime core clocked at 2.3GHz, one Kryo 470 core clocked at 2.2GHz, and six Kryo 470 cores clocked at .8GHz. The chipset also features an Adreno 618 GPU.
In Geekbench, the phone scored decently, slightly higher than its predecessor with the Snapdragon 730G chipset. In addition, the leaked Poco X3 variant comes with 6GB of RAM.
