A few days before, Realme officially confirmed that they will release the successor model of Realme GT series (Realme GT 5) very soon in the Chinese market. Until now, the officials haven’t revealed any launch date. However, they have revealed the basic specifications of the upcoming Realme GT 5.
This morning, Realme (on Weibo) officially revealed some basic specifications of its Realme GT 5 in addition to its appearance. As shown, the new Realme GT 5 is designed in collaboration with Naoto Fukasawa, a contemporary Japanese industrial designer who works in product and furniture design.
The same designer also collaborated in the Realme GT Master Edition making. It is also observed that the design of the Realme GT 5 looks pretty similar to Realme GT Master Edition. On the backside, the device features a rectangle-shaped camera module with three camera lenses inside (rumored: 50MP+8MP+2MP).
Moreover, the officials also revealed that the Realme GT 5 will feature 240W fast charging, which is the highest in the industry at the moment. In addition to 240W charging, the smartphone is expected to launch in two battery variants, just like the predecessor models.
In terms of storage, the officials stated that the top variant would feature 1TB of storage, while they previously also revealed that the top variant has 24 Gigs of RAM.

As per sources, the Realme GT 5 will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chipset that is based on TSMC’s 4nm manufacturing process and features Cortex-X3 Super Core (@3.2GHz), Snapdragon X70 5G modem and the Adreno 740 GPU (clocked @680MHz).
In the coming days, Realme is expected to reveal the launch date in addition to some more highlights of the Realme GT 5.
