Yesterday, the sub-brand of ZTE (nubia) announced that the company would also launch a gaming tablet alongside the all-new Red Magic 8S Pro in the upcoming event on July 5. As the launch date is coming near, the company is revealing the major highlight of its first-ever gaming tablet.
This afternoon, nubia (on Weibo) revealed that the all-new Red Magic Gaming Tablet would feature a 10,000mAh large-sized battery which seems fine to its rumored 12.1 inches display. In addition, this gaming tablet would also support 80W fast charging that can charge 100% of the battery in just 55 minutes.
A strong battery backup is expected from the nubia’s upcoming gaming tablet. The gaming smartphone (nubia Red Magic 8S Pro) that will be launched alongside this gaming tablet will also set a new record for battery timing in the industry.
Some sources reported that the all-new Red Magic Gaming Tablet would be a rebranded version of the ZTE Axon Pad with the same appearance and display size. Moreover, the charging speed and battery capacity of the Red Magic Gaming Tablet are also the same as the Axon Pad, increasing its chance of being a rebranded version.
In terms of specifications, the ZTE Axon Pad has a 12.1 inches LCD Display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate and 2.5K resolution. Moreover, it features a single camera on both the front (16MP) and backside (13MP).
Regarding the chipset, the Axon Pad is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 chipset. The chipset is the overclocked version of the standard Snapdragon 8 Gen1 and is more efficient in terms of power consumption and performance.
The all-new nubia Red Magic Gaming Tablet will be launched on July 5 alongside the nubia Red Magic 8S Pro.
