Redmi K40 Gaming Edition Will Feature A 5065mAh Battery And 67W Charging

We know that Redmi will launch its first gaming phone on April 27. The company reveals the significant highlights of the new gaming phone as the launch date is coming near. Today, once again, the company has revealed another highlight of the new Redmi K40 Gaming Edition.

Today, Redmi has officially confirmed (on its Weibo account) that the upcoming Redmi K40 Gaming Edition will feature a 5065mAh large battery specially designed for gaming purposes. In addition, this new gaming model also supports fast-charging up to 67 watts.

The battery capacity of this model was unknown before, while the charging speed was already confirmed through the 3C Certification. The new gaming machine has already been listed on the famous Chinese 3C (or CCC) Certification with a model number “M2104K10AC.”

Previously, it was revealed that the all-new Redmi’s first gaming phone would feature an OLED Display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1 Billion Color Depth. The display also got a single punch-hole in the middle with a small aperture size.

Moreover, the Redmi K40 Gaming Edition is powered by the latest flagship chipset from Mediatek, Dimensity 1200. The chipset is based on a 6nm manufacturing process and features 4x Cortex-A76 Powerful cores (clocked @2.4GHz).

It was also revealed that the Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Version is equipped with a new VC liquid cooling technology, has a large area of ​​graphene of 11540mm², and uses new material from the space shuttle for the first time.

The new gaming machine also has built-in 12 antennas, an independent game antenna group, and a new set of dedicated Wi-Fi antennas for gaming to ensure the game’s stability.
