Redmi will launch the Redmi K50 series on March 17th. This phone will be launched alongside several new devices, including the Redmi Book Pro.
This morning, Redmi announced that the Redmi K50 will have a 5000 mAh battery and support 120W fast charging.
In another post, the company also mentioned that thanks to advanced charging technology, the battery can be fully charged in just 19 minutes.
It is worth mentioning that this 120W charging solution uses a self-developed P1 charging chip and advanced 4:1 charge pump technology, achieving such high-speed charging capability. In addition, a closer look at the poster reveals that the device will come with a Type-C port.
According to previous reports, the Redmi K50 series will be available in three versions: K50, K50 Pro, and K50 Pro+. The K50 Pro will be powered by the Dimensity 9000 and will have a Samsung flexible AMOLED display.
In addition, the other two models will feature the Dimensity 8100 (K50 Pro) and the Snapdragon 870 (K50), respectively. However, the display and other key specifications of both devices are not confirmed at the moment.
