Redmi Note 13 Pro+ confirmed to feature Dimensity 7200 Ultra chipset and 200MP lens

In November 2022, Redmi launched the Redmi Note 12 series. According to the latest news, the company will launch a successor before the end of this month.

This morning, Redmi announced that the Redmi Note 13 series is on its way and will launch this month. The company also revealed the important highlights of the Redmi Note 13 Pro+.

The first highlight is the main camera lens. The Redmi Note 13 Pro will feature a Samsung ISOCELL HP3 200MP lens and a custom sensor. The device also integrates Xiaomi imaging AI technology to improve the quality of captured images.

The second highlight is the chipset. The Redmi Note 13 Pro will come with a Dimensity 7200-Ultra chipset, which has not been officially announced. However, it will be an overclocked version of the Dimensity 7200, which is a mid-range chipset.

The Dimensity 7200 is based on a 4nm manufacturing process and has two Cortex-A715 cores and six Cortex-A510 cores. The chipset also comes with a Mali-G610 MP4 GPU and a 5G modem that supports MediaTek 5G UltraSave 2.0 technology.

It’s worth mentioning that its predecessor also comes with a 200MP lens, so this won’t be an innovation in this lineup. However, improvements are expected in other areas, such as performance.
