Not too long ago, Intel released its 12th Gen Core CPUs, and now every laptop maker is upgrading their devices to the latest Intel chipsets. According to the latest news, Redmi is not far behind. The company is also looking forward to upgrading its laptops.
This morning, Redmi announced that the company will launch the RedmiBook Pro 17 on January 17. In an official announcement, the company said that the RedmiBook Pro 17 will have a thin and light body and more powerful performance.
It is worth noting that the RedmiBook Pro 2022 was also listed on Geekbench 5 a few days ago. The listing revealed that the notebook features a 12th-generation Intel Core i7-12650H Processor.
The chipset features 10 cores (six performance cores and four energy-efficient cores) and 16 threads, with a boost frequency up to 4.7 GHz. Its primary power consumption is 45W, the L3 cache is 24MB, and the core GPU is 64EU at 1.4GHz.
The notebook scored 1800 points on single-core and 11872 points on multi-core (in the Geekbench listing), which is a massive improvement over last year’s Intel Core 11th-Gen CPUs.
The officials haven’t revealed anything about the appearance and specifications of the RedmiBook Pro 2022.
