For a long time, Microsoft was expected to launch a new dual-screen device, the Microsoft Surface Duo. Recently, this dual-screen phone has also appeared on the FCC certification list. As the expected release date approaches, the phone is appearing more frequently.
Microsoft Surface Duo
Today, the phone appeared on the Bluetooth SIG official website. Although the certification information did not reveal many details, it has been confirmed that this phone will support Bluetooth 5.0 and run Android OS.
Previous reports indicated that the phone will feature a dual-screen OLED display with a resolution of 1800 x 1350 and an aspect ratio of 4:3. In the official announcement, the phone was powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and comes with 6GB of RAM. The phone is expected to have a 3640mAh battery.
Samsung Galaxy M31s
The company officially announced this phone a few days ago. Today, the phone appeared on the Bluetooth SIG website ahead of its release. This certification did not reveal much more, but it confirmed that the phone will support Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity.
The certification lists two variants. Both are dual SIM variants, but the SM-M317F_DSN is an Indian variant, while the SM-M317F_DS is an international variant.
The Galaxy M31s features an AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 and a pixel density of 420 DPI. It is powered by the Exynos 9611 chipset, which includes a Mali-G72 GPU. The phone has a large 6000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging and reverse wireless charging. It has a quad-camera setup with a 64MP main sensor.
The Microsoft Surface Duo is expected to go on sale in the 2020 holiday season, and the Galaxy M31s will be officially announced on July 30.
