Vivo Pad Air was officially announced, specs revealed

A few days ago, reports surfaced that Vivo is developing a new tablet called the Vivo Pad Air. This tablet has received 3C certification, revealing its charging specifications.

This morning, the vice president of Vivo China officially unveiled the Vivo Pad Air. This will be Vivo’s third tablet device, but its specifications will be at the sub-flagship level. He also revealed its specifications.

 

The Vivo Pad Air features an 11.5-inch bezel-less LCD display with 2.8K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The device also supports adaptive refresh rate technology, which intelligently adjusts the refresh rate based on usage scenarios, effectively reducing battery consumption.

The screen also supports the DCI-P3 wide color gamut and features a 3:2 screen ratio. The tablet will be powered by the Snapdragon 870 5G chipset. The back of the tablet has a circular camera module with a built-in 13MP lens.

The Snapdragon 870 5G chipset is manufactured using a 7nm process and features four Cortex-A77 cores and four Cortex-A55 cores. It also comes with an Adreno 650 GPU.

The VP also revealed that the Vivo Pad Air will come with an 8,500 mAh battery and support 44W fast charging. The tablet is 6.67 mm thick and weighs around 530g. At the bottom, the tablet has four speakers with a large sound chamber that supports Super Audio Computing sound effects.

The tablet also has some highlights, such as support for the Vivo Pencil. It runs on the latest OriginOS 3 and will be available in three colors: Free Blue, Brave Pink, and Easy Silver.
