Recently, the vivo V2022 and vivo V2018 appeared on the NBTC certification platform. According to the certification information, the vivo V2022 is the vivo V20 special edition, while the vivo V2018 is the vivo V20 Pro. The vivo V2022 also appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking platform.
In the NBTC certification, both certifications were applied for by Vivo Mobile Communication Co., Ltd. On the Geekbench platform, the phone has the same model number as the NBTC certification.
Geekbench also shows that the Vivo V20 SE is powered by a chipset codenamed ‘trinket.’ ‘Trinket’ is the codename for the Snapdragon 665 chipset, which is based on an 11nm process and features an octa-core architecture.
The Vivo V20 SE also comes with 8GB of RAM. It scores 316 points in single-core tests and 1377 points in multi-core tests. This phone runs Android 10 OS.
The Vivo V20 series will be launched as the successor to the Vivo V19 series. When the Vivo V19 was released, it was equipped with the Snapdragon 712 processor, so the upcoming V20 and V20 Pro are also expected to feature a more powerful chipset.
Currently, there is no news or official statement regarding the launch date of the Vivo V20 series.
