Xiaomi Civi 3 Got 3C Certification with 67W Charging

A few months before, it was reported that Xiaomi was working on the next generation model of its Xiaomi Civi lineup, which would be named: Xiaomi Civi 3. Until now, there has been no major leak regarding the upcoming device. However, a significant leak regarding the Xiaomi’s new device was recently revealed.

This morning, a new device from Xiaomi carrying the model number: 23046PNC9C was listed on 3C Certification. As per sources, the model number belongs to the Xiaomi Civi 3. The certification has revealed the charging specifications, discussed below in detail.

23046PNC9C

As mentioned, the new Civi 3 will support a maximum of 67W charging. There would be two charger models: the first is MDY-12-EF, and the second is MDY-14-EV. The charger model would most probably be different according to the region. Both chargers support a basic charging of 15W (5V/3A), while the maximum charging speed is 67W (20V/3.25A).

The 3C Certification didn’t consist of anything more except the charging speed.

As per previous reports, the Xiaomi Civi 3 is expected to feature a dual punch-hole display that would support a Full-HD+ resolution and 120Hz higher refresh rate (like its predecessor model). Inside the dual punch-hole, the company will fit 2x 32MP lenses for selfie shooting.

On the backside, the rear camera setup would feature the Sony IMX800 54MP lens as the primary one. The total number of camera lenses on the backside is not known yet. In terms of chipset, the all-new Xiaomi Civi 3 is expected to be powered by Dimensity 8200 or Snapdragon 7+ Gen2 chipset.

Both chipsets fall under the same premium mid-range SoC category. However, when it comes to performance, the Snapdragon 7+ Gen2 is better.

At the moment, there is no news regarding the launch of Xiaomi Civi 3, but we can expect it to happen very soon.
