On the day before yesterday, Xiaomi promised to launch the new Mi Notebook Pro X 15 on June 30. Today, the company has officially launched the new flagship notebook. The new Mi Notebook Pro X 15 is equipped with Intel’s 11th Gen Core H35 mobile processors and RTX 3050 Ti optical tracking independent display. It has a starting price of 7999 yuan ($1239) and is now available for pre-ordering.
The specifications and appearance of the new Mi Notebook Pro X 15 are discussed below:
Starting from the display, the new Mi Notebook Pro X 15 features a 15.6-inches E4 OLED full-screen display with 3.5K (3456 x 2160p) Resolution, ultra-narrow bezels, and a screen-to-body ratio of 91 percent. It can also be close to 0 nits of pure “black” display.
Furthermore, the display has a 1ms fast response, 1,000,000:1 high contrast ratio, 600 nits peak brightness, 261 PPI, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, DeltaE~ 1, and precise adjustment of each screen during manufacturing. Moreover, the notebook also optimizes the live wallpaper.
It is worth mentioning that the display is also certified from DisplayHDR 500 True Black high-standard certification and has also passed the TUV Rheinland hardware-level low blue light certification and SGS low blue light certification.
In terms of build quality, the Mi Notebook Pro X 15’s exterior has a CNC integrated precision carving, six series aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, 170# ceramic sandblasting, and 30,000 rotation shaft testing. The thickness of the notebook is only 17.5mm, while the weight is around 1.9kg. The overall dimensions of the notebook are about 348.9mm x 240.2mm x 18.47mm. It also got 140° opening and closing.
If we talk about the internal specifications, the Mi Notebook Pro X 15 has two different variants: first with Intel Core i5-11300H and second with Core i7-11370H processor, based on a 10nm process with a maximum core frequency of 4.8GHz.
In terms of GPU, the GeForce RTX 3050 Ti optical tracking graphics card has been used, which supports PCIe 4.0, uses a dual-fan dual-outlet design, an all-copper radiator. The notebook also uses LPDDR4 (4266MHz), high-frequency dual-channel memory (RAM), and PCIe high-speed storage (SSD).
In terms of interface, we have the following ports: 1x Thunderbolt 4 port, 1x USB-C port, 2x USB-A 3.2 Gen2 port, 1x HDMI 2.1 port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. An 80Wh (rated) battery has been used inside the laptop, also comes with a 130W USB-C power adaptor. The laptop has local video playback of 11.5 hours. 50% of the battery can be charged in 25 minutes only.

The Mi Notebook Pro X 15 has two variants: one with i5-11300H + RTX 3050 Ti and 16GB+ 512GB storage with a price tag of 7,999 yuan ($1239), and the other with i7-11370H + RTX 3050 Ti and 32GB+1TB storage option, priced at 9,999 yuan ($1549). The pre-ordering of Mi Notebook Pro X 15 has already been started, while the sale will start from July 9 at 12 AM (Chinese Timing).
