ASUS ROG Phone 5 Bags 3C Certification With 65W Fast Charging

We all know that ASUS is all set to launch the newer generation of its gaming smartphone series, named ROG Phone 5. Some famous leakster also revealed the live images (aka Spy Photos). Today, we got another leak regarding the upcoming gaming smartphone.

Recently, the ASUS ROG Phone 5 has been listed on the 3C Certification site. As we have seen in the past, the 3C Certification (or CCC) usually reveals the device’s charging information; the same happened this time. The device got the model number “ASUS_I005DB”.

It can be seen that the ROG Phone 5 supports a maximum of 65W charging. It also supports charging in various modes. The charger got the model number A320Q-200325C. It can also be seen that the applicant & manufacturer of this certification is “ASUSTEK Computer Company Limited.”

Previously, it was reported that the ROG Phone 5 would feature a 6.78 Inches OLED Display with maybe Full-HD+ resolution. It will be powered by Qualcomm’s latest-generation flagship chipset Snapdragon 888. The chipset is based on a 5nm process and also features Cortex-X1 Super Core for outstanding performance. The dimensions of the new ROG Phone are also known: 172.8*77.25*10.29mm.

A 5960mAh Dual-Cell (3000*2) Battery is equipped inside the phone, supporting 65W Maximum Charging. In terms of appearance, the phone is almost similar to its predecessor.

For now, there is no official news regarding the launch of the upcoming gaming smartphone.
