Asus ROG Phone 5 gets 3C certification with 65W fast charging

We all know that ASUS is all set to launch the ROG Phone 5. Some famous bloggers also revealed live images. Today, we got another leak regarding the upcoming gaming phone.

Today, the ASUS ROG Phone 5 has been listed on the 3C certification. As we have seen in the past, the 3C certification reveals the device’s charging specs. According to the certification, the device has the model number ASUS_I005DB.

The ROG Phone 5 supports a maximum of 65W charging. The charger has the model number A320Q-200325C. The applicant and manufacturer of this certification is ASUSTEK Computer Company Limited.

Previously, it was reported that the ROG Phone 5 would feature a 6.78-inch OLED display with maybe Full-HD+ resolution. It will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888. The chipset is based on a 5nm process and features a Cortex-X1 super core for outstanding performance. The dimensions of the new ROG Phone are 172.8×77.25×10.29 mm.

The phone has a built-in 5960mAh dual-cell (3000×2) battery and supports 65W maximum charging power. The phone is almost similar to its predecessor.

For now, there is no official news regarding the launch of the upcoming gaming smartphone.
