Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 Battery Capacity Revealed in 3C Certification: 3595mAh

It is expected that Samsung will reveal the successor of its foldable lineup (including Galaxy Z Fold4 and Z Flip4) in 2 or 3 months. However, as the time is near, we are getting more leaks and rumors regarding the upcoming series. Recently, we got a look at another significant leak which is discussed below.

This morning, the Galaxy Z Flip4’s battery module has been listed on 3C Certification, revealing that this model will feature a 3595mAh Secondary Li-ion dual battery (maybe Typical Value). As seen in the certification, there are two battery modules denoting the dual battery scenario.

EB-BF723ABY

The first battery (carrying model number: EB-BF723ABY) has a 2555mAh capacity, while the second one (carrying model number: EB-BF724ABY) has 1040mAh. From the “F723” and “F724” model numbers, we can confirm that these battery modules belong to the Galaxy Z Flip4.

Previously, the same device was also listed on the same certification site with 25W charging support along with Galaxy Z Fold4. Moreover, the rumors suggest that this year’s folding lineup of Samsung will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen1 Plus chipset, which Qualcomm has not yet announced.

It is also suggested that we might not see massive changes in the design of the Galaxy Z Flip4; only the dimensions and display are expected to be changed a little bit. Other specifications like Display and Camera are unknown yet but will be revealed soon.

It is currently expected that the new Galaxy Z Flip4 will be launched alongside the Galaxy Z Fold4 at the start of August 2022 or the end of July 2022.
