Redmi Note 11T Series Officially Announced: Coming on May 24

It has been rumored for a long time that Redmi is planning to extend its Note 11 series by launching Redmi Note 11T series. And now, it seems that rumors were confirmed as the officials have finally confirmed the existence of this lineup.

This morning, Redmi (on Weibo) officially announced that the all-new Redmi Note 11T would be launched on May 24 (upcoming Tuesday). The company has used the slogan “Performance Little King Kong” for its new mid-range lineup and will also feature a Straight Screen LCD (as mentioned in the warm-up post).

Further, the officials also revealed the warm-up poster in which the backside appearance of the high-end version (Redmi Note 11T Pro+) can be observed. It seems that the camera module design is inspired by Realme’s V series smartphones, featuring a triple camera setup with two large modules and a single small module under which the LED flash is placed.

From the official warm-up, we can expect that there would be three models in this lineup: Redmi Note 11T, Note 11T Pro, and Note 11T Pro+. As per expected specifications, it seems that Redmi Note 11T series would be categorized as a Premium Mid-Range series.

Previously, the Pro and Pro+ variants were listed on MIIT Certification, through which it was revealed that these models would be powered by 4980mAh and 4300mAh battery cells, respectively. Moreover, the screen size would be 6.6 inches, and the dimensions are following: 163.64×74.29×8.8mm.

It is also revealed that this upcoming series adopts a Dual Solution of charging: 67W fast charging with a larger battery cell and 120W super-fast charging solution with a sufficient sized battery. The high-end version will be available with an 8+512GB Storage version.

Regarding other specifications like chipset and display, it was reported that this entire lineup will be powered by the Mediatek chipsets and features a display with higher resolution and higher refresh rate. The Redmi Note11T Pro+ is expected to support a 144Hz refresh rate.

In the upcoming days, the officials are expected to reveal major specifications of this lineup.
