It is known that the launch of Honor’s main flagship lineup, “Honor 50 Series,” is now very near to us. In the past few days, we had already reported many leaks regarding the upcoming series. Today, another major leak from the Honor 50 series has been revealed.
Some models from the Honor 50 series have recently been listed on the famous Chinese 3C (aka CCC) Certification. Like always, the Certification has revealed the charging information of the upcoming new models.
At first, there is a model number NTH-AN00, this would be the standard version of the Honor 50 series (as reported); this version is equipped with the 66W (11V, 6A) charger (HW-110600C00), the same charging technology has been used in Honor V40 series.
The second model number RNA-AN00 would be the Pro+ version. Surprisingly, the Pro+ version will feature Honor’s first self-developed charger (with model number: HN-200500C00). The exciting thing is that this would be a 100W (20V, 5A) charger.
It is worth mentioning that this new 100W Honor’s self-developed charger also supports charging at the same 66W (11V, 6A) from the Huawei’s charger and further supports 40W (10V, 4A) and 10W (5V, 2A) charging.
As per previous reports, the Honor 50 series is expected to be equipped with Qualcomm’s manufactured chipsets. The base model is expected to feature the Snapdragon 870 sub-flagship chipset, while the high-end version will use the Snapdragon 888 flagship chipset, one of the most powerful chipsets in the world.
It was also reported that the back design would be a lot similar to Huawei’s nova8 Pro. There would be a triple camera setup, placed in a pill-shaped bump with additional two circles. The first circle would consist of the primary lens, while the second one has two camera lenses.
The officials have currently not announced any launch date or confirmation of the all-new Honor 50 series.
