This morning, a new Honor device with the model number REA-AN00 appeared on the 3C certification website. According to the sources, this model number belongs to the Honor 90. The 3C certification has revealed its charging specifications.
As mentioned, the Honor 90 will support up to 66W fast charging and will use the same 66W charger as the Huawei Mate 40 series. This charger will be branded with the Honor logo and support three charging modes: 10W, 40W, and 66W. Compared to the Honor 80, the charging power has not been increased this time.
According to previous reports, the specifications of the Honor 90 series are expected to be almost the same as the Honor 80 series. However, very little change is expected.
Previous reports indicated that the Honor 90 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. In addition, like the Honor 80 Pro, its display resolution and main camera sensor will remain the same.
It is worth mentioning that the Honor 80 Pro uses a Samsung ISOCELL HP3 200MP main sensor, but it only supports capturing 160MP photos. Honor is expected to enable 200MP photo shooting on the Honor 90 Pro.
At the moment, there is very little information about the Honor 90 series. However, it is expected to launch in May 2023.
