For a long time, it has been reported that Honor is working on its Honor Magic 6 series. Moreover, it has been almost 10 months since the launch of the Honor Magic 5 series. Recently, we saw a major leak, which suggests that the launch of Magic 6 is very close.
This morning, a new device from Honor, which carries the model number BVL-AN00, got listed on the 3C Certification site. As per sources, the model is the all-new Honor Magic 6’s standard version and uses the same 66W charger that both Huawei and Honor have been using since 2020.
As mentioned in the certification, it will use the Honor’s 66W SuperCharge power adaptor, which carries the following model number HN-110600C00 or HN-110600C02 and supports charging at the following modes: 10W (5V/2A), 40W (10V/4A) and 66W (11V/6A) peak charging.
Except for this, the 3C Certification doesn’t consist of any more information. However, it was previously reported that this lineup would consist of two models, the Magic 6 and the Magic 6 Pro. Both models would be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.
In terms of specifications, the chipset is based on a 4nm manufacturing process and features the all-new Cortex-X4 Ultra-Core (clocked at 3.3GHz), Snapdragon X75 5G modem, and the latest Adreno 750 GPU.
In other aspects, it was also reported that this series would ditch the expected 200MP backside camera and adopt the all-new 160MP OV50K primary lens. The front camera would be placed inside the dual punch-hole display that would look similar to Apple’s Dynamic Island.
