In the past few days, Realme has been teasing the major highlights of its upcoming flagship model Realme GT5 Pro. However, until now, there was no information regarding the launch details of this smartphone. Finally, Realme has solved this query by making an official announcement.
This morning, Realme (on Weibo) officially announced that the all-new Realme GT5 Pro will be launched on December 7th at 2 PM (as per Chinese Timing). In the official announcement, Realme has mentioned that “Performance comes first, and the image is unparalleled” denoting that the smartphone is camera and performance-focused.
Except for this, the official announcement doesn’t consist of anything more. However, it was previously revealed that this smartphone would be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen3 chipset, based on TSMC’s latest 4nm manufacturing process, and consists of an all-new Cortex-X4 Ultra Core, Snapdragon X75 5G modem and Adreno 750 GPU.
Realme also revealed the camera configuration of Realme GT5 Pro previously revealing that it would feature a total of three camera lenses including the Sony LYT 808 primary lens, Sony IMX989 lens, and the periscopic Sony IMX890 lens which is reported to support 120x digital zoom.
In other aspects, this smartphone will feature a single-centered punch-hole display that is edged from both sides. Moreover, it would be an OLED Display that would also be integrated with an in-display fingerprint scanner. Not only that, the smartphone is also reported to adopt Miracle cooling technology (as named by the officials) which would keep its temperature lower even during heavy usage.
It is expected that in the coming days, Realme will reveal more major highlights of its upcoming Realme GT5 Pro.
