Huawei Nova 9 series is officially confirmed to be launched on September 23

The Huawei Nova 9 series has been listed on the TENAA website for over three weeks. This is the first time the phone has been revealed. So far, the release date has not been confirmed.

This morning, Huawei confirmed through its Weibo account that the Nova 9 series will be launched on September 23.

Huawei Nova 9 series poster

The poster shows that the Nova 9 series has the same appearance as in the TENAA certification. It has the same pill-shaped camera module with two circles inside. The first houses the main camera lens, while the second has three lenses.

It is worth mentioning that this series seems to be the rebranded version of the Honor 50 series. The Nova 9 will feature a single punch-hole display, while the Nova 9 Pro has a dual punch-hole display, the same as in the Honor 50 series.

Both devices will be powered by the Snapdragon 778G, a premium mid-range chipset built on a 6nm process. The Nova 9 will support 66W charging, while the Nova 9 Pro supports 100W charging.
