In April 2023, Infinix launched its Hot 30 series, in which the primary model was powered by the Mediatek Helio G88 CPU. This series was launched to target the lower to mid-range smartphone segment, and it was a success, too. As per the current scenario, it seems that the company is now looking forward to releasing the successor models.
This morning, three new devices from Infinix were listed on the Google Play Console, which belongs to the Infinix Hot 40 series. At first, we have standard Infinix Hot 40 (Infinix-X6836), then we have Infinix Hot 40i (Infinix-X6528), and at last, Infinix Hot 40 Pro (Infinix-X6837).
Starting from the standard model, it features a Single Punch-Hole display, which has Full-HD+ resolution (1080*2460p) and 480dpi. Further, it seems to be an LCD Display as this device is equipped with a side fingerprint scanner. It would be powered by the Helio G88 chipset (featuring 2x Cortex-A75 P-Cores and 6x Cortex-A55 E-Cores) and features 8 Gigs of RAM.
Next, we have the Infinix Hot 40i, which also features the same punch-hole display but with 720p resolution. However, we are not sure whether this model is equipped with a fingerprint scanner or not, as the image shows no fingerprint scanner. This model would be powered by Spreadtrum T606 chipset, which is an entry-level chipset and also features 4 Gigs of RAM.
At last, we have the top-of-the-line variant, which is Infinix Hot 40 Pro. This model features the same display as the standard model and also features a side fingerprint scanner. This model is powered by Helio G99 chipset in addition to 8GB RAM. It is worth mentioning that the predecessor models didn’t consist of any Pro model but only standard and I models.
