Vivo has already announced that the all-new Vivo X100 series is going to be launched in the middle of November (on November 13 at 7 PM, as per Chinese Timing). However, the officials haven’t revealed the specifications of the new flagship devices yet (that would be part of the Vivo X100 series) and are expected to tease them gradually.
This morning, the famous Chinese blogger @DigitalChatStation revealed the specifications of Vivo’s flagship device without mentioning its name. The blogger just said that this would be the middle device in its lineup, hinting that this would be the Vivo X100 Pro (in between the standard Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro+).
As per the blogger, this device will feature a 1.5k resolution display that is a single punch-hole curved screen manufactured by BOE. When it comes to the camera, this device will feature a triple camera setup, including the Sony IMX920 Primary lens, Samsung JN1 Ultra-wide lens, and OV64B 3x Periscopic Telephoto lens.
In terms of chipset, this model would be the first-ever Dimensity 9300 chipset-powered device. The chipset is officially confirmed to launch on November 6 and is expected to be a beast chipset in its segment as it features 4x Cortex-X4 cores (1 core would have a higher frequency, and the other three have lower).
In addition, the Vivo X100 Pro is also expected to feature 16GB LPDDR5T RAM, a 5100mAh large-sized battery with 120W charging support, and a short-throw optical fingerprint scanner. In the end, the blogger also mentioned that this model would be IP68-certified dust and water-resistant.
The specifications of the other two models are not known yet. However, it was previously revealed that the top-of-the-line variant (Vivo X100 Pro+) will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen3 chipset.
