In the post, I will show you how to disassemble HP EliteBook Revolve 810 G1 to remove and replace the keyboard, SSD, RAM, palm rest, wireless card, heat sink, cooling fan, bottom case, and motherboard.

Unlock and remove the battery.
HP EliteBook Revolve 810 G1 comes with a Li-ion battery, 11.1v, 44wh, HP P/N: HSTNN-1B4F.
There are four hidden screws on the bottom case.
Remove four rubber mats. You can find the screw under the rubber mats.
Remove four hidden screws and other screws on the bottom case. You can remove the bottom cover.
When bottom cover removed, you can get access to the RAM, wireless card and SSD.
The HP EliteBook Revolve 810 G1 comes with a Samsung 8GB DDR3L-1600MHz memory, HP P/N: 693374-001.
Remove one screw securing the SSD and take it out from its slot.
The laptop features a Samsung 256GB SSD, HP model: 680403-001.
Remove one screw securing the mobile WWAN broadband module.
Unplug two antenna cables.
Mobile WWAN Broadband, HP P/N: 710788-001.
Remove one screw securing the wireless card and unplug two antennas. You can remove the wireless card.
HP P/N: 670292-001
Turn over the laptop. Lift up the keyboard and disconnect the keyboard cable, you can remove the keyboard.
Now remove all visible screws under the keyboard.
Flip over the laptop.
Remove the middle frame covered the motherboard.
The motherboard was removed.
Heat sink and cooling fan
