MediaTek Helio P70 leaked with 156,906 whopping scores on AnTuTu

MediaTek is reportedly set to launch its new mid-range chips, the Helio P40 and Helio P70. Today, a Chinese Weibo user leaked a screenshot of the Helio P70’s benchmark scores on the AnTuTu platform.

According to the leaked images, the Helio P70 chip scored 156,906 on the AnTuTu platform, significantly outperforming the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor. Therefore, it is more likely to compete with Qualcomm’s upcoming mid-range processor, the Snapdragon 670. However, it is still unclear which processor has better performance.

MediaTek P70 score on AnTuTu

The MediaTek Helio P70 chip is expected to be built on TSMC’s 12nm manufacturing process. It is expected to consist of four A73 cores at 2.5GHz and four A53 cores at 2.0GHz. The chip’s GPU is expected to be 800MHz Mali-G72 MP4. It is estimated to be launched in the second quarter of this year.
