After a lot of leaks and rumors, OnePlus has finally revealed that the Dimensity 9000-powered version of the OnePlus Ace2 will be named as OnePlus Ace 2V. In addition, the company has also announced that it will be launched on March 7 at 2:30 PM (as per Chinese timing).
This morning, the company also released the official images of the device through which every aspect can be observed. As revealed, the new OnePlus Ace 2V will be available in two color schemes: Black Rock and Celadon Gaze. It is worth mentioning that both use different body textures.
The first color scheme, “Black Rock,” was already revealed by the famous blogger @DigitalChatStation, and it uses the silk glass texture on the backside with a delicate frosted surface that eliminates the fingerprints.
The second color scheme is the new one, “Celadon Glaze,” which comes with a celadon glass texture and feels as smooth and natural as ceramic texture.
The entire body adopts a flat frame design. The camera module on the backside consists of two camera rings; the first consists of a 64MP primary lens (OmniVision OV64M), while the second ring consists of two camera lenses, including an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide lens and 2MP GalaxyCore Macro sensor.
On the front side, we have 6.74 inches single-centered Punch-Hole AMOLED Display with ultra-narrow bezels that support 1.5K resolution (2772*1240p), 2160Hz high-frequency dimming, and 120Hz refresh rate. Inside the punch-hole, there is a 16MP selfie lens as well.
The all-new OnePlus Ace 2V is powered by the Dimensity 9000 chipset based on a 4nm TSMC manufacturing process. In addition, the device also got listed on the AnTuTu benchmark yesterday, revealing that it would feature LPDDR5x memory and UFS 3.1 Storage. In terms of battery, this model would feature a 5000mAh battery in addition to 80W fast charging.
It is expected that in the coming days, OnePlus might also reveal significant device highlights until the launch date.
