In December 2022, OPPO launched the Find N2 series, which includes two foldable smartphones: the Find N2 Fold and the Find N2 Flip.
This morning, Digital Chat Station revealed the specifications of OPPO’s upcoming foldable phone, which is likely to be the OPPO Find N3, which is also expected to launch in China soon.
According to the blogger, the new foldable phone will feature a display with a 2268 x 2440 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Based on the resolution, we can judge that the phone has a horizontally foldable screen. The device will also use a 4805mAh dual-battery solution that includes a 3295mAh battery and a 1510mAh battery.
The blogger also mentioned the device’s camera specifications, which state that it uses two 32MP OmniVision lenses, a 20MP lens, a 50MP lens, and a MariSilicon X chip. However, the blogger has not revealed the exact arrangement of the lenses.
In the comment section, the blogger mentioned that the new foldable phone will have a very thin, stacked, and lightweight body.
Judging by past practices, OPPO used to launch its foldable devices at the end of the year. However, judging by the news, there are two possibilities: the company may be planning to launch a new foldable lineup, or they are looking forward to launching the Find N3 in the middle of the year.
OPPO’s upcoming foldable is expected to come with a flagship SoC, such as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 or Dimensity 9000. The OPPO Find N2 is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, which is an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
