A few days ago, Realme announced that it will launch the Realme GT Neo5 SE with the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 SoC.
This morning, Realme announced that the Realme GT Neo5 SE will launch on April 3. Realme also unveiled a teaser video showing the back of the device.
Compared to the Realme GT Neo 5, there are no significant changes. However, this new device will feature a new blue-pink gradient color scheme. The camera layout is also the same as its predecessor. It has two camera rings: the first holds a main lens, while the second holds two auxiliary lenses.
Previous reports indicated that the camera specifications are expected to change slightly. The Realme GT Neo5 SE has a 64MP OV64M main lens, while the other two lenses are expected to remain the same (8MP, 2MP). In the teaser, the following lens information is also written on the camera module: MRTRIX PORF 1.79F/EFL 25mm.
The Realme GT Neo5 SE will be powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chipset. The chipset is built on the 4nm TSMC process and has one Cortex-X2 core, three Cortex-A710 cores, and four Cortex-A510 cores.
The phone is expected to feature a punch-hole OLED display that supports a 144Hz refresh rate and 2160Hz PWM dimming.
Yesterday, the device appeared in the Antutu database, and its benchmark score is almost on par with the Dimensity 9000. The benchmark also revealed that the high-end variant will have 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The phone is rumored to feature a 5500mAh battery and support 100W charging.
Realme is expected to unveil the key features of the Realme GT Neo 5 SE in the coming days.
