RedMagic is ready to launch the successor at the upcoming event on November 23. Ahead of the official launch, we saw a major device leak that revealed an important aspect of the gaming device.
This morning, the Nubia NX769J appeared in the AnTuTu database. This device is the RedMagic 9 Pro. AnTuTu revealed its key specifications and benchmark scores.
This phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. The chipset is manufactured using TSMC’s 4nm process and includes one Cortex-X4 super core, five Cortex-A720 cores, and two Cortex-A520 cores.
With this chipset, the device scored a total of 2,290,773 points, including 516,397 points for CPU, 904,492 points for GPU, 457,734 points for memory, and 412,150 points for UX.
The benchmark also mentions that the phone has 24GB of LPDDR5 RAM, 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage, and runs the latest Android 14.
According to previous reports, the RedMagic 9 Pro will feature a body thickness of only 8.9 mm, which is indeed thin and light for a gaming smartphone. Its rear triple camera module includes a 50MP main lens, while the front will retain the same under-display camera module as its predecessor.
