This is a new LCD video cable for HP EliteBook 840 G5, ZBook 14u G5, and HP EliteBook 745 G5. It is compatible with part number L14370-001. The display cable only works with a laptop that has a 60Hz FHD non-touchscreen. The cable is not compatible with a laptop featuring a 120Hz screen.

Tips:
1. Please make sure your laptop has a 60Hz, FHD screen. If you do not know your laptop’s LCD resolution, please visit our guide to check it.
2. To replace the LCD cable, you need to remove the bottom cover and touchscreen assembly from your laptop. I recommend that you go to the repair shop to find a qualified technician to complete the replacement.
3. If you want to replace it yourself, please wear anti-static gloves to avoid damage to the internal components due to static electricity.
4. Please remove the bottom cover and disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard before you start replacing the LCD cable.
5. After you install the display cable on your notebook, please turn it on and make sure the LCD screen is working properly. Then, you can install other parts on your laptop.
