This morning, vivo has officially announced that the company has added another series to its smartphone segment: the vivo T1 series. The company hasn’t revealed any specifications or related info, but the backside appearance can be observed through the warm-up poster.
As can be seen, the new model vivo T1 features a vertically aligned triple camera setup in a rectangle-shaped module, plus there is the tagline “AI Camera Aspherical” at the right of it. There is a 3.5mm headphone jack on the top, which should be placed at the bottom side as some users may find it difficult to use.
On the right side, a fingerprint scanner has been integrated into the lock screen button. The color of the whole body is green. It is worth mentioning that this green color would be called Dianguang Green (as per sources).
Not only that, the famous blogger @DigitalChatStation has revealed the renders and key specifications of this series. As can be seen, the lower positioned model vivo T1x would feature a V-Shaped Notch LCD Display expected to have a higher refresh rate.
Moreover, it would also be powered by the latest Dimensity 900 chipset from Mediatek and a 5000mAh Battery. This model will feature a dual-camera lens with the same design as in the standard vivo T1.
The mid-range model vivo T1 would be powered by the latest Snapdragon 778G chipset, the best chipset in the mid-range segment. Some differences between these two models would be the display (single Punch-Hole display in vivo T1), chipset, and camera setup; other specs are the same.
In addition to the green color, the standard vivo T1 would have another color option, Yaoying Black, while the vivo T1x has the following color options: Rainbow, Starry Night, and Sea Salt.
In terms of storage, the vivo T1 would be available in 8+128GB, 8+256GB, and 12+126GB storage options, while the lower version vivo T1x is expected to have the following storage options: 6+128GB, 8+128GB, and 8+256GB. It is expected that this series would lie in between the 2000 to 2500 yuan price bracket.
