Xiaomi 12 Got 3C Certification with 67W Charging

As the expected launch time of Xiaomi’s main flagship series is coming near, more specifications are getting leaked through different sources. A few days ago, the Pro model from the expected series was listed on the 3C Certification, and now this morning, the standard version has also cleared the same certification test.

Recently, a new device carrying the model number “2201123C” has been listed on the 3C Certification, which belongs to the standard Xiaomi 12, as per our sources. Moreover, the revealed charging power in the 3C Certification is the same as predicted previously.

The certification shows that the device would feature a maximum 67W charging (20V/3.25A) and features the “MDY-12-EF” charger, which was used in the higher models (Pro and Ultra) of the Mi 11 series and supports charging in the following modes: 15W (5V/3A), 31W-67W Max (5V-20V/6.2A-3.25A).

Except for this, the certification didn’t consist of any more information. It is worth mentioning that the standard Xiaomi 12 will feature a 4500mAh battery cell.

Previously, it was revealed that there would be three models in the Xiaomi 12 series: Standard, Pro, and X version. The Xiaomi 12X version is positioned lower and features the Snapdragon 870 sub-flagship chipset, while both other models feature the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen1 flagship chipset from Qualcomm.

Reports also claimed that all these models would feature the new OLED Flexible Screens (manufactured by Weiqu), which supports a higher refresh rate up to 120Hz.

It is expected that the new Xiaomi 12 will be released before the end of this year (2021).
