A few months ago, Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi Pad 6 with the Snapdragon 870. Redmi also launched its first tablet in October 2022. According to the latest news, the two brands are working on a new device for their tablet lineup.
This morning, two devices were listed on the 3C certification. The 2307BRPDCC is said to be the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max, which could be the large-screen version of the Xiaomi Pad 6. The 23073RPBFC is expected to be the Redmi Pad 2.
The Xiaomi Pad 6 Max comes with an MDY-12-EF charger and supports fast charging up to 67W. It also supports the following charging modes: 15W-67W, 15W, and 31W-67W.
The Redmi Pad 2 supports a maximum charging of 22.5W. The company will ship the MDY-09-EK (or MDY-14-ER) charger with the Redmi Pad 2, which supports a maximum charging of 18W. The 22.5W MDY-11-EM charger will be available for buyers to choose.
The specifications of the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max may be the same, but the display specifications will be different. It is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 870 5G chipset.
The Redmi Pad 2 is reportedly powered by the Snapdragon 680 SoC. The chipset is based on a 6nm manufacturing process and has four Cortex-A73 cores at 2.4GHz and four Cortex-A53 cores at 1.9GHz.
